Please Note
Any firearm not defined as antique by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives under The Gun Control Act of 1968, Title 18, United States Code, Chapter 44, Sub Section 921, #16, A-B-C, must be shipped to a dealer in the purchaser's state of residence having a valid Class 01 Federal Firearms License. If the firearm meets the criteria established by the BATF&E as being a Curio or Relic as defined in publication ATF P 5300.11 (3-2001), Update May 2005 through May 2006 & Update March 2001 through May 2005, it can be shipped to a individual possessing a valid Curio & Relic / Collector License issued by the BATF&E. NO EXCEPTIONS !
It will be the purchaser's responsibility to make arrangements with his/her local FFL dealer to accept delivery of the purchased firearm and complete the transfer as per federal, state and local regulations apply. This includes having the FFL dealer / collector who will accept delivery of the firearm to either FAX or mail a SIGNED copy of his/her FFL / Curio & Relic License to Foxfire Rod & Gun. I must have full payment and the dealer’s signed license in hand before I ship your firearm. NO EXCEPTIONS !

1) Personal / Business checks / VIRGINIA ONLY / (NOTE: SHIPMENT MAY BE DELAYED FOR UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) IN ORDER TO ALLOW YOUR CHECK TO CLEAR YOUR LENDING INSTITUTION. WHEN THE CHECK CLEARS, YOUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE SHIPPED.
